Job Description 

As a Client Concierge, you will engage with our customers nationwide, addressing their service needs and closing gaps in their cybersecurity coverage. Our customers are top executives focused on security, compliance, and revenue growth, typically from Commercial Insurance Agencies, RIAs, Financial Planners, CPAs, and Exit Planners. 

What You’ll Do 

• Provide remarkable inbound service and manage client expectations. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent through phone, email, and electronic communication. 
• Respond promptly to client needs, resolve coverage questions, and process service requests. 
• Maintain client files, process transactions, and handle renewals and sales orders. 
• Generating additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding features and generating referrals for new business.   
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance customer service efficiency, streamline communication, and manage service requests. 

Requirements & Skills 

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and calculator use. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. 
• Reliable, ethical, and supportive. 
• Familiarity with Generative AI and prompt engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness in client service tasks.
