Job Description

As a Sales Account Executive, you will bridge the gap between cyber-criminal activity and cybersecurity solutions. You will engage with top executives across the country, offering our comprehensive cybersecurity products and services. Our ideal customers are executives focused on security, compliance, and revenue growth, including Commercial Insurance Agencies, RIAs, Financial Planners, CPAs, and Exit Planners.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and build relationships through consultative selling and needs assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, draft proposals, and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Prospect and engage new clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Complete cyber assessments meetings and provide recommendations using CyberFin services within 2 business days. 
  • Complete and input sales forms, maintaining accurate client files and correspondence.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing information, suggesting topics, and participating in branding activities.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance sales strategies, streamline communications, and improve customer engagement.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and calculator use.
  • Quick and accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, punctual, and rule-following.
  • Reliable, ethical, and supportive.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and prompt engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sales and communication tasks.
